I asked these women to tell me about the changes that self help groups have brought to their lives, and the savvy woman in the middle said 'Before, women were like cows in their homes, but now they are like lions'. Amazing!

All these women, bar the woman with the accounts book, are below the poverty line and most cannot even sign their name:
